Well as with anything else you get what you pay for, in most cases. I personally like to stick with reputable brands twin air mattress like Aerobeds, Colman and Intex, any other brands are either too flimsy and low quality or too over priced.

And even out of those brand I would go with the Aerobed, only because of the overall price to quality ratio. The aerobeds offer lower price and higher quality.
